Straightforward and easy with a few problems that were quickly solved., September, 2016

I joined this bank after moving to the US because my husband was already a member and recommended this credit union to me. It was very easy to get a savings and checking account set up, I went into the store, showed my ID card and walked out with a debit card the same day, which was a great service.

I later got added to my husband's credit card with this credit union and doing this was very easy and just required going into the branch and giving my social security and ID.

The best thing about this credit union is that it has no monthly fees or required minimum balance to use. It was really hard to find a bank offering comparable rates and as I was not working when I first set up my account I did not have regular paychecks to sustain a balance.

So far my experience with customer service has been acceptable. I had an issue with my online banking account and when I called the support team, they were quickly able to get my account working within a few minutes. I also had a lot of luck with going into the branch and asking for assistance when I forgot my pin number. I was able to reset my pin number in the branch that same day, rather than having to wait for a pin to be sent to me.

Overall the credit union has been a pleasant experience that works well for my needs.
