    They are very flexible., September, 2016

    I love using this bank, they are really flexible with any issues I have and the fees that they do charge are the lowest I have ever seen. I particularly chose this bank because they offered a line of credit. I really enjoy having it because it always sort of adds to the amount of money I have to spend. I also like that the company is entirely online, because there are so many useful e-tools for interacting with them. I also like that they are very fast. When I send money from Mturk, for example, it always arrives in my bank the next morning and whenever I deposit a check using the app on my phone, it usually enters the bank immediately. Overall the bank has been extremely fair and reasonable.

    Its very pleasant doing business with capital one., October, 2016

    Every time I havbe to go into a branch, I experience the friendliest employees and every time I've had an e they've fixed it with no problems. Once I had a PayPal issue where a ton of money came out of my account and causes major overdraft as opposed to the credit card it was supposed to come out of. I called PayPal first and there was nothing they could do. So I called capital one and they easily reversed the charges and got my account right again. Back in college I also had issue with theft of one of my checkbooks. They were super helpful in rectifying that as well. They also charge no fees and don't care how low my account falls to. I'm also super happy with their online app.

    This bank has done nothing to me that I do not like., October, 2016

    I have capital one bank because one of my family members is an employee there. Having one of my family members be an employee of the bank may make me biased in my evaluation of the bank. Prefacing with that I have never had a bad experience with this bank. Currently, with this bank, I have both a checking account and a savings account. Capital One provides a percentage interest every month for your savings account. They have a mobile app which makes it very easy to check money in any of your accounts. The app also has the ability to transfer money from you savings account to your checking account from anywhere you are, as long as you have an internet connection. You can also scan checks with your phone and deposit money in your account that way. The plethora of ways you can still keep tabs on your money without even leaving your home is one of the big reasons I like this bank.

    THIS Is a awesome bank to go through great overall and all around bank, October, 2016

    I was in the market to look for a bank that I could rebuild my credit with. After researching this was the best one for my situation. It was very fast and easy to go about signing up with. Very little bank fees, so you have more money to play with. The ATMs are free if you use what they have to offer. I have had to only ever call them one time since I have been involved with them. They talk to you like you mean something to them. They really do care and try to work with you. I thought by using them was the best pick for me. So if you are in the market look no further this is the bank you will want to stay with for life.

    My experience with Capital One Bank has been excellent., October, 2016

    I have been a customer of Capital One for more than five years. When I originally opened my account, the online application was fast and easy.

    I have found their interest rates to be somewhat better than those at other banks. They offer a free checking account which carries no fees, regardless of your balance. As well, you can open multiple savings accounts (at no charge) in order to save for different things. This has been extremely helpful to me when working out my household budget.

    Their website and the mobile application are both very user friendly. I really like the app's "mobile deposit" feature. It's easy to use and, funds from any checks I deposit that way are generally available to me the next day.

    Finally, Capital One's customer service is excellent. I had occasion to call them when my wallet was lost. The agents I dealt with were professional, polite, and extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement debit card via overnight delivery at no cost to me.

    Capital One has made me a customer for life!

    Everything I've had to do with them has been straightforward and simple., October, 2016

    I initially got a checking account with them because they were offering a 100 dollar sign on bonus and I was in a pretty bad place financially. As I slowly dug myself out of my financial rut, my credit improved and I decided to get a card through them. I was approved and the account was integrated online with my checking account in a very convenient way.

    Everything I needed to do was online, I've never had to have an interaction with anyone, as everything has gone smoothly. Late last year, my old car that I've had forever was starting to show its age so I decided I needed to upgrade it. Since I had an easy time with their other products, I decided to go for an auto loan through Capital One as well, and I got a decent rate and am happy with the experience.

    I like the convienience of this bank., November, 2016

    I like that I can easily do my banking online and with apps offered by my bank. They have many locations that are close by me. When I have to go to my branch, the tellers are generally friendly and efficient. I wish that they hadn't taken away the rewards program for my checking account, but I like that there is no fee for my checking account. I wish that my interest rates were better. I appreciate the extra security measures that the bank takes to ensure that my account is not compromised. I like the options that are available for credit cards, even if I do not qualify for some of them just yet. They did acknowledge my loyalty to them and increased my credit limit. This makes me feel appreciate. Overall, I am satisfied.

    I have been treated well and am satisfied with Capital One Bank., November, 2016

    Capital One Bank took over my long time regional bank - Chevy Chase Bank. They have subsequently shut down many of the Chevy Chase Bank locations including the one in the town I live in. So getting to a Capital One Bank is much more of an effort now (35 mile drive). However, I have not changed banks because I have so many automatic services linked to that bank that changing direct deposits and auto-deductions would be quite time consuming and anxiety producing as I waited for them to all shakeout. The Capital One Bank staff are friendly and knowledgeable about services and bank offerings. I have always been able to get any question answered quickly. Their ATM machines are reliable and always working. The online banking website is easy to use and pretty intuitive. Their takeover of Chevy Chase Bank went as smoothly from a customer perspective as one could expect (except for all the location closures) I am reasonably pleased and would recommend the bank.

    My overall experience has been decent because I do everything online and don't have to go to the branch much., November, 2016

    The bank is decent. But I do most of my banking and transactions online, so I don't have much interaction with the tellers and people in the bank. The times when I have had to go to the bank, my impressions are not that favorable. The people inside the bank always seem rushed and not willing to help very much. They are not the best bank when it comes to customer service. As for ease of use, I find this bank to be very good. I do all of my things online, so I've never had a problem getting things done. I use the computer and their phone app to do most things, so I rarely have to go into the bank for anything. I enjoy that hands off aspect of it because that means I can get things done on my own time, not the banks.

    It's been easy and relaxed., November, 2016

    I found this bank as ING Bank, the US branch. It was amazing at the time, with great interest rates and completely online banking with hardly any fees and overdraft protection that works like a credit card. They had the absolute best interest rates around for both checking and savings. However, as part of the the bailout deal in their country, they had to sell some of their assets. One of those was their US branch. Capital One came in and bought the bank from them, adding it to their lineup of products. They didn't change much, thankfully, but slowly, some things did change. The interest rates went down, still high, but more in line with what other banks were offering, and they change the name to Capital One 360 as well as the colors associated with it. I'm still satisfied, even if it's not quite the wonder it used to be, but since most things are objectively the same, I don't mind.

    Minor issues and the we could get through., November, 2016

    Easy to login and has a very nice display. Easy to check my credit score and to have my financial business done through there. Went through some minor technicalities on a transfer but that was all fixed so doesn't really drop a score none. Been with them for about 2-3 years and just that slight problem, i have not checked into to many reviews or the BBB.org. I do have a checking account and credit card with them. They lots to choose from, but mainly i was only on there for an internet account. If you want no issue's and good credit card rates, try out the capital one platinum or the quicksilver cash back rewards. Savings and checking is an consideration. The other big feature is the credit score, very easy to check with.

    A fantastic experience., November, 2016

    My experience with Capital One has been fantastic. When I had poor credit, I had a lot of trouble getting into a bank to open up a checking account. However, Capital One decided they would allow me to open up a checking account with them. In addition, they waived the monthly fees and never set up any fees on my account so even if my account goes below the monthly minimum, they don't charge me. In addition, their locations are convenient and plentiful. The customer service on the phone is outstanding. I can check my balance any time simply by calling them, too. There are many ATM's so I never have to use another bank. Overall, I am very satisfied with Capital One and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

    I have never had a problem with this bank., November, 2016

    I was looking for a bank that didn't have endless amounts of hidden fees. When I finally found this one I was excited. So far I have not been hit with any hidden fees whatsoever. Their customer service is great and my statements always match my personal records. The app they have is very useful and even has an option to lock my debit card instantly from my phone if its lost or stolen. Then if I find it I can also unlock it myself without calling them. This is super convenient. I like it that I have more control over things like this. The only thing I would change is that sometimes their fingerprint scanner on the app bugs out and doesn't read correctly and shows an error. Otherwise, this is the best bank I have ever used.

    It has been a great experience., December, 2016

    I have nothing but good to say about this bank. First I opened my checking account because the interest rates are better than most banks. Next, I also opened a savings account. the reason was that the interest rates are better than most. Although this is an online bank and I can't go to a physical bank, I have been nothing but happy. Next, while rebuilding my credit, I was approved for two credit cards. Both offer rewards which I am very happy with. Most credit cards for people with less than perfect credit do not offer rewards and there are usually lots of fees. Since then, I have also helped my children to each open an account which is linked to mine for now but when they are of age, we can switch it to an account just for them.

    I am very satisfied with the bank., December, 2016

    I am very satisfied with my experience at Capital One bank. I've been using it since about summer 2007. I signed up because it was simple and had a high interest rate for savings. I like the convenience of it. I can deposit checks with my phone and easily access all account info from the app or my computer. It's easy to navigate and easy to use. The few times that I've contacted customer support, they were easy to reach and helpful. They were also easy to understand. Capital One also makes it easy for me to send or receive money to other people. All I need is their phone number or email. I can easily set up multiple accounts under the same user name to help me keep track of different funds. Other than a higher savings interest rate, I can't think of anything to change about the service.

    Within the time I have had an account with Capital One, I have never had a single issue, so overall it has been an extremely pleasant experience. ., December, 2016

    In the 8 months that I have been with capital one, I have really enjoyed how easy it is to transfer and store my funds. I primarily use their online services to do banking, and I have never come across and issue or a problem thus far. Each time I have used their services, the transactions were quick and easy to initiate. I also really enjoy how fast they actually make deposits as well, as before I had an account with them, my old bank would take at least three days. The speed, convenience, the fantastic rates and wonderful services offered by Capital One have created a wonderful, headache free banking experience for me which i truly do appreciate. Overall, I have to say that I am very pleased with them as a bank and I plan to stick with them for as long as possible.

    My overall experience has been very pleasant., January, 2017

    I joined Capital One when I was in college. My sister was a teller for the location right down the road from where I was going to school. She received a bonus for every person she signed up, and I happened to be searching for a bank to open a checking account with. Capital One is a nationally known bank so it worked out perfectly. My experience with Capital One has been nothing but pleasant. I have had the checking account since 2008 and have never have any issues with accidental overdrafts or differences in funds of any sort. About a year ago, I applied for a credit card from Capital One and was accepted. Capital One has been great about raising the limit for my card as well. My only complaint with Capital One is that there are not locations everywhere, so there are some times where I am stuck in parts of the country and forced to pay an ATM fee at an outside ATM. Other than that, I would most certainly recommend Capital One Bank to anyone.

    My experience with this bank has been easy., January, 2017

    I used a bank that was acquired by Capital One so I did not seek out Capital One as a customer. When the bank changed hands, I was not sure what to expect but the transition was seamless on my end. I love the online banking functionalities and the ability to have separate, named savings accounts within the main account. This makes it super easy to save for unique goals without the hassle of creating different accounts at multiple banks. It is also very easy to transfer money between accounts as well as into and out of this bank from other banks. The app works great as well, makes it easy to deposit checks and manage accounts on the go. I don't even miss having a physical bank. I think Capital One 360 is one of the banks that is making the switch to new internet based banking really well and easy for customers. I do have another account with a bricks and mortar bank and their online experience is sub-par compared to Capital One 360's online system.

    uneventful and easy, January, 2017

    I have no problems with Capital One. My direct deposit goes in each payday with no problems. I am able to save and monitor my credit cards and credit score each week. I have not been charged any fees for having several accounts with Capital One. I feel in control of my money by using Capital One services.

    I had a problem with my debit card when it stopped working and was sent a new card right away with no hassel, no charge, no problems just a smooth transaction.

    I would recommend Capital One to anyone who wants a good bank, credit card company and bank to save with. I look forward to being a Capital One customer for a long time to come. They are a great bank to work with!

    Very fast, easy, and dependable. No fees!!, April, 2017

    I was originally banking with Chase and ran into several issues with fees that they charge you just for using their bank. I went out searching for a better bank, and found out my best options were Capital One and Ally. I went with Capital One as they had a branch that was in my location at the time, but that is no longer the case. Capital One provided honest, real, free banking. I love the applications they provide (such as the capital one app and the mobile wallet) to monitor transactions on my account in real time. I also love having piece of mind knowing that, since I was approved for an overdraft line of credit, I do not have to worry if I overdraft. Other banks will charge you as much as $30 per transaction for overdraft charges, which is ridiculous, especially if you are able to put the funds into your account in a reasonable time period.

    The only reason I did not give all 5 ratings was because I have since moved to North Carolina, and there is not a single Capital One bank in this entire state. I have not had any issues lately with having to go to a branch to deposit anything, but if I did I would likely have to switch banks.

    Capital One is an excellent to bank with., June, 2017

    I was looking for an online bank that offered free checking. I researched many different companies and chose Capital One. They offer everything I am looking for in a bank. They offer free checking, online bill payments, an overdraft line of credit. I can deposit checks by taking a picture of it with my phone. They don't charge a fee when you go below your balance. Your overdraft kicks in and you have till the end of the next month to make a payment on it. The interest on the overdraft is mere pennies. Their customer service is very good. If I need to deposit cash, there is a kiosk near by to do this. Overall, I have been really satisfied with this bank. I would recommend them to anyone who likes to bank online.
