    I have had a good experience with this bank., October, 2016

    I was first introduced to this bank by my mother. I had reached the age where I was going to university and needed to have a checking and savings account of my own. I don't remember much about the application process, but what I do remember is that it was very simple. At that time, you had to know someone that was already a member of the credit union to apply. I easily got my accounts set up and have been a member of the bank ever since. They have gone through a few changes, but I have liked all of them so far. I really enjoy the kiosks used to make transactions at the bank. I like their online banking as well. They have beefed up their security of the online banking and their phone app, so that is very reassuring. I have been with this bank for over ten years and I have been and continue to be satisfied by the level of professionalism of the employees and the company.

    My experiences have always been good, December, 2016

    My experiences are somewhat limited as my wife does most of our family banking which has been without issue, and very convienant. That said I did open a separate checking and savings account on my own with the bank, and the process and subsequent service has been better than I expected given previous experience with local banks. Their online web access as well has their Android application have proven to be easy to use and very complete. They have offices and kiosks throughout the Raleigh area where we reside,and the offices, although sparsely staffed , have proven more than adequate. On top of that , their automated kiosks provide real time access to tellers, who when I have had to use them , were very patient, and most importantly very helpful
