    My experience has been pleasant, satisfying, and meeting of needs., November, 2016

    I have been using this bank for over 10 years. I enjoy all the staff that i've encountered during this time. They've always met the needs that i've had. They have kindly reversed some overdraft fees when life got a little unexpected, which has kept me with this bank. They've always had my interest in their best needs. I like that there is no fees or minimum amounts required with their checking/savings accounts. I've had "home" banks in several different locations around the state and i've been very happy with them all. Always receiving the best service and care. I love that some of them are open on Saturdays- but dislike that not all of them are open on Saturday. I didn't like that I needed a loan for a certain amount, about 8k, and they couldn't guarantee that amount, but possibly something around that. I know I have good credit. I was disappointed that my bank couldn't help me with this. I would rather pay interest to Comerica than to my credit card.

    Just another small bank, February, 2017

    I started using this bank because my previous bank was acquired by them. They are friendly and helpful but interest rates are awful (but so are most banks nowadays). They don't charge ridiculous fees for everything like some mega-banks. But they are large enough to have developed a helpful app which I enjoy. Taking a picture of a check is so much nicer than having to drive all the way there and back. They have several locations in my city which makes things convenient when I do have to go to the physical location. And when I do, I've never had to wait in line. I can be in and out within 5 minutes. I like the bank but I think most banks leave a bad taste in your mouth due to interest rates. Your money will lose value pretty much anywhere nowadays. But I do wish they would bump up rates a little bit to be more competitive with some credit unions and online banks.
