    Pleasant people, excellent customer service., October, 2016

    I opened my very first linked checking/saving account with this bank when I was in High School. My father worked for DuPont in our city, which is how I qualified at the time (I don't think that matters now.) My parents have used them since I can remember. I've changed accounts once (divorce) but I have banked with them continuously since the late 70s.

    The fees are reasonable, the services they offer are equal to any bank's. They have multiple locations in our town (3) and branches in nearby towns, plus we can use the ATM at other banks with specific logos on the card. I've never missed being with a 'national' style bank.

    One time, I was having issues with my card, and they were able to make me a new one right away, while I stood there. I didn't have to wait for it to come in the mail or anything.

    The staff has always been friendly., October, 2016

    When I was in and out of the bank more often, the staff often remembered my name, which was nice. They were always friendly, professional and courteous. Whenever i've needed anything beyond simple deposits or withdrawals, I was able to meet with another bank employee who would personally walk me through what steps were needed and made sure I got what I needed. I think my most memorable experience was, after having signed up for a credit card with them, going in to increase the limit. I had expected a rather small increase, but was offered a much larger one than I had expected. While I personally always go inside to conduct my business, i've been in the car with friends and family who have used the drive-thru, and the experience has been consistently good there as well.

    I have only had great experiences with this bank., December, 2016

    Every time that I have ever had to interact with someone at my bank I have always walked away smiling. The customer service is probably the best I have ever had the pleasure to experience. I remember very clearly the first time I walked in to open my accounts. Many of my friends and family were also account holders at this bank and had recommended it. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful, and did a fantastic job of explaining everything I needed to know in order to open and maintain my account. She even called me a week later just to follow up to make sure everything was going well. The online banking experience is also superb, which is where I believe I personally interface with my bank most.
