    They make everything easy and convenient., December, 2016

    This bank is probably the best bank I will ever belong to. They don't charge ridiculous accounts fees. My checks that are mobile deposited are deposited in the same day. They don't make me fill out a million forms just to access my account. Overall, there is no bullshit and that's what makes them amazing. Everything is based on what seems to be the most convenient for me versus trying to make them money. They are well respected in the community and they have several branches, ATMs, ATM networks, and mobile banking with them after I moved 1500 miles away has been fantastic.

    Their customer service is also perfect. You can choose to either talk to a AI system or a human. They also have chat options if you don't like talking on the phone. I've never had any problems or had to wait to discuss anything with their customer service. It's always a pleasant experience.

    The only thing they could possibly do differently is offer all ATM, international fees, etc. refunded instead of just in their network. But I'm still extremely loyal to this company.

    I think this credit union is really willing to go the extra mile., January, 2017

    I really appreciate this credit union for its customer service. As the credit union has grown, I still feel like I am much more than a number. I feel like I get personalized service. I also like that they are willing to give me overdraft protection. It has saved me multiple times. I have no reservations about my credit union at all. They give me good timely service, and they offer opportunities for my kids to learn to save. I am also impressed that I see them at nearly every community event I attend. I think they are more than just a bank- they are partners in the community. It is a good feeling to be a part of something like that. It makes me feel like part of a community myself.
