    It's easy to use, it's a good bank, and I' more or less happy with it., October, 2016

    They are a great local bank for people who don't want to deal with astronomical fees from other banks. Their ATMs have no fee on them, and their late fees are lower than the other bank I was at previously. Their customer service is a little lacking since it seems like they don't really train people all that well when they are new, but it's not like they're rude or anything. They also have a very easy to use online platform and an App to go along with it which I find very convenient. There are a couple of locations where I live, but it's not very widespread, so it's sort of difficult to get to at times. They have standard hours like any other operating bank, so it's not like I can't get to them in a short window of time or anything like that. And if you do end up getting a late fee, they are willing to wave them sometiems.

    My overall experience with this bank has been positive, convenient, and satisfactory., December, 2016

    My experience with Oregon Community Credit Union has been positive. I selected this bank for a few reasons. First, my prior bank had higher rates and recurring fees just for having a "free" checking account. In addition, OCCU was more conveniently located for me based on where I lived when I switched banks. OCCU is a local / regional bank so I feel like it is more community based and understands my needs better than a large national bank. OCCU offers a variety of products and services, and has good rates and fees compared to other banks I have used. The employees and overall customer service are good and helpful. My checking account is free and carries no recurring fee or conditions, which I like. The bank branch itself which I most frequently stop by is new, modern, clean, and pleasant. The bank has internet banking services that allow me to check my accounts, balances, and transfer money as needed without having to visit the bank in person. Overall, I have had no problems with OCCU, and it has met all of my expectations.
