Overall experience has been smooth with little issues and good help., November, 2016

I started at TFCU because most of my family used it and recommended it to me. The first day I went in there and setup an account and it was an easy and smooth process and they gave me a debit card right then and there. Since then I have used the debit card and made deposits at the bank. The service has been good each time and the customer service has always been helpful. Whenever I have called them about forgetting a password or account number they have always been swift and helpful. The only problem I have had with the bank is with some overdraft fees that seemed a little suspect but other than that I have had no problems. I would recommend this bank to anyone. Also another time I made a really big withdrawal, I think in the thousands of dollars and they complied which was good for me.

This bank has been wonderful and I appreciate being a member., January, 2017

The bank is amazing. The locations are everywhere and convenient, and they remit ATM fees to some locations (which I end up using) that are not owned by them. They provide a real sense of community and commitment- I recently received a letter from them inviting me to vote in their elections to decide the executive board members, and I thought that was such a nice and community oriented gesture. They offer online banking, which I use very extensively, and mobile banking, which I also use a great deal. The checking account I have with them is free and actually bears interest as if it were a savings account- the savings account is ancillary, I believe there may be a law in place that one cannot offer free checking without a savings account in place as well.
