    With the exception of a random problem that seems to happen yearly, every other experience I have had has been overwhelmingly positive., December, 2016

    Based on a recommendation from a member of my family, I decided to open my first bank account with Truliant. The process of opening the account was fast, simple, and very easy. With the opening of my checking account, I was also provided access to two different savings accounts, both of which are extremely useful to me. I frequently visit a branch of this bank in person as it is only a couple minutes away from my house, which is a huge positive in my book. Whenever I go into the branch, I am usually greeted by a very friendly teller who uses my name and makes me feel like a valuable member of the credit union. The only issue I ever have with Truliant is that, once per year for whatever reason, the PIN on my debit card stops working for no apparent reason. I usually have to stop by the branch to resolve the issue and reset my PIN, which is not a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience. But overall, I really like this bank and would recommend it to anyone with one nearby.

    It has been a pleasure to be a customer at this bank, they offer the best of everything., December, 2016

    I first became a member to use their car buying service, but after my main bank started trying to charge me to use their services I switched here full time. I have not regretted it. They are a full service bank with all the amenities of the big banks, but that hometown feel of a local bank. Branches and ATM's can sometimes be harder to find, but that doesnt bother me because I do almost all of my banking online. They have a great app that allows you to make transfers and deposit checks so I might go inside once or twice a year. If you do need to go inside or to use their drive-thru there is usually never much of a wait and always a helpful staff member there to greet you. And to go back to the original reason I chose this bank they have a car buying service which guarantees you the car you want at the best price in your area without any of the hassles. They will even deliver it to where ever you are located. I have used many different banks including several of the giant banks and this will be my last one.
